Heyy ISG! So my name is Arsha Ostowari and I am a third year psychobiology major. This is my second year on ISG Board and my third year involved in ISG. Throughout middle school and high school, I was never really involved in the Iranian community, but ISG has changed mylife greatly. ISG has served as a gateway for me to get deeply
involved in the Iranian community at UCLA. It has led me to meet a whole new group of friends, to learn more about my culture and to join PSAC, the Persian Fraternity on Campus. I hope that everyone joins ISG and gets as involved as you can, taking advantage of everything ISG can offer you. I encourage all of you to share your ideas and opinions with our board, we are always welcome to new ideas and are here to make your year in ISG as amazing as possible. I look forward to meeting all of you and making this a great year, filled with tons of memories and experiences no one will forget.
